I was never a big fan of Snow White, but I always loved her friends. They were an industrious lot to be sure. And they definitely enjoyed their work.
So did Grumpy produce more than Happy? Probably not. I can't even imagine Grumpy whistling. I know a Grumpy or two and they never whistle while they work.
A couple of days ago I went to see my beautician for a haircut. I felt very fortunate to have found her. If you know me, then you know how difficult it is for me to find someone who can cut my hair well. But that's another story.
On this day I went into the shop and the agitated vibes hit me immediately. I could tell MJ, my beautician, was not having a good day. Her smile was forced, and she looked like she could burst into tears at any moment. It was enough to make me want to reschedule, but I stayed. I really needed a cut that day. Plus, I am a good listener, and she looked like she needed to talk about what was bothering her.
MJ is a very nice person, and knows what she's doing. But she was a Grumpy and it showed. She is skilled enough that I still got an okay cut, though her mood definitely affected her work. If she had been in a happier mood I am sure my haircut would have been even better.
What could she have done to raise her vibrations? Lots of people will tell you to "fake it till you make it." Yea, right. It sure wasn't working for MJ!
Luckily there are a lot of different ways we can raise our vibrations, improve our moods, or just feel a little better than before. Of course energy work is great, self-hypnosis works wonders, even switching channels on the radio has a profound effect.
I can't whistle a tune, but I can still get into a positive frame of mind before I begin to do my blind questions, or my remote viewing. And if I can get into that state where the smile just beams from my face, then I know my results will give me a much better picture.
Before you do your next intuitive exercise, do a mood check. If you are Happy, then terrific! Proceed joyfully! If you are at the Grumpy end of the spectrum, then change that radio station or think a better feeling thought. Imagine babies, or kittens or blue butterflies. At the very least you can close your eyes and take three deep, cleansing breaths. And look up.
If you are like me you will keep a couple of fun, inexpensive toys on your desk to brighten your spirits. They work!
In the meantime, be happily psychic!
